This map features a mixture of both close quarter fighting and medium range combat. This is where the M16 Assault Rifle comes into a class of its own. A M16 with Red Dot Sight is a good combo, because there is no long range fighting, so an ACOG scope is not necessary. Claymores also work well if you are watching the courtyard and don’t want people sneaking up behind you. The M16 is also ideal for advancing up the street and using its pinpoint accuracy to quickly pop anyone you see. This weapon kills in one burst with Stopping Power, and two bursts against Juggernaut users. Don’t use SMGs like the MP5 and Min-Uzi here, unless you stay in the back end of the map where it is all close quarters and pretty much force you to camp. You could also try sniping, but I wouldn’t recommend it, as the M16 shoots faster than a sniper rifle in a map like this, and it’s not really suitable because of the buildings that provide cover for targets. The M4 carbine with a red dot sight is also good for this map, but be warned, it provides less stopping power than the M16, and will often cause the tendency to spray, which is not good with a 30 round magazine. In the right hands, the M4 can be as deadly as the M16 rifle.
*Tip* watch out for enemies appearing above the walls of the courtyard near the Marine Spawn point
